Blues Funnel and Tyly Kohtalo Double Bill

Blues Funnel and Tyly Kohtalo play a double-bill concert at Kulttuurikeskus Maanalainen (Itsenäisyydenkatu 2, Tampere) on 22 October 2026. Doors open at 19:00 and the show starts at 20:00; the programme runs until about 23:00.

Longstanding Finnish blues acts share the bill: Blues Funnel mark their 30th year with Finnish-language Chicago-, Jump- and Rhythm 'n' Blues delivered with harp, guitars and groove. The band line-up includes Hermes Tuomisto, Tero Kansanaho, Jari Luukkanen, Olli Peuranen and Pasi Pekkarinen. Jyväskylä's Tyly Kohtalo bring 35 years of colourful, story-driven Chicago-blues and soul, led by Pekka Pulkkinen and guitarist Veli-Pekka Jäppinen, with Teemu Liehu, Jari Korhonen and Eero Rantasila.
