Celestial Navigators is a 60-minute cross-disciplinary music-theatre performance at Kalevan halli / Labra 540 (Sarvijaakonkatu 28) in Tampere on 26 September 2026 at 18:00, presented in Finnish with English surtitles.

Celestial Navigators is a cross-disciplinary music-theatre piece at Kalevan halli / Labra 540 (Sarvijaakonkatu 28) in Tampere on 26 September 2026 at 18:00. The 60-minute performance brings together live human voice, French horn, film and a choreography of binoculars to explore human decision-making alongside the instinctive navigation of migratory cranes and geese.

Created by composer and sound artist Tytti Arola with singer and sound artist Annika Fuhrmann and French horn player Elena Kakaliagou, the show stages intimate vocal and instrumental textures against projected late-summer rural landscapes. Organized by Tampereen Saksalainen Kulttuurikeskus, the performance is presented in Finnish with English surtitles; tickets are available via Fienta.
