Ina Forsman brings Motown Christmas to TTT-Klubi (Hallituskatu 19, Tampere) on 16 December 2026, starting at 18:30. The free, seated club concert is presented by Tampereen Työväen Teatteri and runs about two hours.
Forsman leads an eight-piece band through soulful, jazz- and funk-tinged arrangements of Christmas standards and rarities. The programme includes reworkings of material associated with Stevie Wonder, The Jackson 5, Nina Simone, Marvin Gaye and Earth, Wind & Fire. Personnel listed for the project include Johannes Salomaa (tenor saxophone, arrangements), Janne Toivonen (trumpet), Teppo Mäkynen (drums), Matias Ärrälä (bass), Valtteri Nurmiranta (guitar), Samuli Rautiainen (keyboards) and backing vocalists Vilja Hirvelä and Elsa Ryökkynen. Age limit 18+; there is a limited licensed serving area in the hall.
