Jamkids and Demo Music School host an open day at Hämeenpuisto 44 in Tampere on 3 October 2026, from 10:00 to 13:00. The event brings family-oriented music activities to the city centre for a morning of hands-on sessions.
The programme begins with a baby music session at 10:00–10:30, followed by a Jamkids instrument workshop for children at 11:00–12:00; children of all ages are welcome to make music. From 12:00–13:00 Demo Music School runs a workshop for school-age children, teenagers and adults to try different instruments and hear about taking up lessons. Attendees can try band instruments, guitar and ukulele, and there are opportunities to sing. Coffee, juice and light snacks will be available, and every child receives a small take-home gift. The event is free and organised by Demo Music School.
