Nelli Matula Headlines Harjufest in Kangasala

Pop artist Nelli Matula headlines Harjufest at Kirkkoharju (Kirkkoharjuntie 3, Kangasala) on Saturday 25 July 2026. Gates open at 16:00 and the free, all-ages festival runs until 22:00.

Support comes from Pihlaja (on at 17:00) and Annika Eklund (18:30), with Nelli Matula taking the stage at 20:00. Matula celebrates a ten-year career with two platinum albums and multiple Emma nominations; her 2025 Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu (UMK) entry "Hitaammin hautaan" was the year's most-played radio song and is up for Song of the Year at the Emma Gala. Pihlaja mixes R&B and pop and released a third album in January 2025, while Annika Eklund brings a 30-year singing career and recognition from the 2001 Tango competitions. The event is organised by Kangasala city cultural services. There is a designated licensed serving area, a water refill point, and the Kirkkoharju café will serve visitors; bringing your own drinks or illegal substances is prohibited and the viewing tower will be closed. Capacity is limited, so arriving early is advised.
