After-Midnight Runoff on Hervanta Arterial Forces Short Lane Closure

A car carrying two people ran off Hervanta's main arterial just after midnight early Saturday, briefly closing one lane and disrupting traffic. The incident was reported by Tamperelainen.

The crash happened around 00:15 on the Hervanta-bound lanes near the Teiskontie junction, the rescue department said. Emergency medical services checked the two occupants while the damaged vehicle was towed away. The lane closure lasted for a short time, and the scene was cleared by 00:50.

The incident follows a similar brief disruption on the same Hervanta arterial in late September caused by a broken-down vehicle and a minor collision.
