Car Overturns into Ditch After Rear‑End Crash in Nokia

A rear-end collision between a van and a passenger car at the Vesilahdentie–Pärräntie junction in Nokia on Friday evening sent the car sliding into a ditch and overturning, Tamperelainen reported. All five people involved escaped without serious injury. The Pirkanmaa Rescue Department said the van had only its driver aboard. The car carried four people, and all managed to get out on their own. Three rescue units and three ambulance crews responded. One lane on Vesilahdentie was closed and traffic slowed, but moderate evening flow prevented major jams. Authorities say the cause remains under investigation.
