G Livelab Tampere named Small Live Venue of the Year for third time
G Livelab Tampere was voted the best small live venue at the Music x Media Industry Awards, the third time it has won the prize.
G Livelab Tampere was voted best small live venue at the Music x Media Industry Awards, the third time it has won the prize, Tamperelainen reported. The awards were decided by a mix of votes from a professional jury and Music x Media attendees at the Industry Awards gala in Tampere the Industry Awards gala in Tampere.
Livelaboratorio Tampere Oy, which operates G Livelab, staged more than 200 events between August 2025 and July 2026. Nearly 180 of those were public cultural shows, drawing about 31,000 visitors. This year the company also began running Nekalab, a cultural centre in Nekala's renovated former school, and Cafe Laikku at Culture House Laikku Nekalab opened in the former Nekala school.
