Ilves can clinch a Liiga semifinal spot with a home win over KalPa at Nokia Arena on Friday; KalPa pulled the series to 2–1 with a win in Kuopio.

Ilves faces KalPa at Nokia Arena on Friday with a chance to clinch a spot in the semifinals; KalPa cut the series to 2–1 with a win in Kuopio. Another game in Kuopio is scheduled for Monday. Game 5 will be hosted on Wednesday, April 8. Tickets are already on sale.

Ondrej Kos said, "We'll continue from where we left off in Kuopio," signalling confidence ahead of the home match.

Ilves announced an auction of game-worn black jerseys beginning Tuesday, March 31. In U20 action, Espoo levelled the final series while Ilves's U20 team won in overtime.
