Pähkinämäenkatu stop to return to original site; temporary stops renamed Palokallio 3015 and 3014

The Pähkinämäenkatu bus stop will be returned to its original location near Palokallionkatu on Eteläinen Lempääläntie as construction advances, and the temporary stops will be renamed Palokallio 3015 and Palokallio 3014, Nysse said.

Until now, buses have used a temporary stop south of Palokallionkatu while work on Eteläinen Lempääläntie proceeded. The road works have progressed enough for the stop to move back to the roadside.

The two now-renamed stops will be listed as Palokallio 3015 for services toward Tampere and Palokallio 3014 for services toward Lempäälä. Nysse will update timetables and replace the on-street signs to match the new names.

Passengers should check the online timetable and route service for the updated stop locations; the operator expects the changes to appear in scheduling tools and on-site signage as they are implemented.

The change is one of several temporary stop adjustments the operator has made during roadworks this year, following earlier relocations such as the March relocation of the Härmälänranta stop.
