Staff contact details restored on Tampere.fi and Tredu.fi after display glitch
Staff and office contact details on Tampere service pages and the Contact us page are visible again after a display glitch was fixed on 19 and 20 October.
Residents and service users can again view staff and office contact details on Tampere service pages and the Contact us page.
The city posted updates as the display problems were corrected on its sites. Tampere.fi's visibility issue was fixed on 19 October at 16:15. A related problem on Tredu.fi was resolved on 20 October at 15:27, the city said.
Office contact information appears on individual service pages, and customer service contacts are available on the Contact us page.
