Tampere bakery worker freed after hand trapped in dough mixer
A bakery worker's hand became trapped in a dough mixer at Leivon Leipomo in Tampere on Wednesday evening; rescue crews freed the worker and emergency services remained at the scene.
At about 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday a worker's hand became trapped inside a dough mixer at Leivon Leipomo on Keihäskatu, Aamulehti reports. The Pirkanmaa Rescue Department sent six units to the scene; an ambulance and police also attended. Rescue crews freed the worker's hand, and after the rescue department finished its work emergency medical services and police remained at the site. The rescue department declined to comment further.
