Tampere railway station bus stop moved temporarily to make room for event coaches
The bus stop at Tampere railway station will be temporarily relocated to make room for charter coaches serving a large event, Nysse said.
The change affects only the stop location, not service patterns.
Timetables for lines 11, 13 and 26 will remain unchanged. Passengers on those routes should expect a different boarding point at the station but can rely on the published schedules.
Passengers are asked to follow on-site signage and watch for staff directions while the temporary arrangement is in place. A notice on the operator's website gives the precise location of the replacement stop and practical instructions.
The move is intended to keep event-related coach movements separate from regular city services, and will be short-term.
Temporary relocations are common when major events require extra space at transport hubs. Journeys should not take longer because timetables are unchanged, but travellers are advised to allow a little extra time to find the temporary stop and to check updates if they are uncertain. The operator has used similar arrangements before, for example when it moved the Härmälänranta stop during construction in March.
