Villa Sydän swept the visitors' poll at the Lempäälä Housing Fair, taking top prizes for best house, best interior and best kitchen, Tamperelainen reports. The three-generation log home, built by the Rajamäki family, was profiled earlier when it opened at the fair in Lempäälä. Visitors praised its thoughtful floor plan and generous rooms. High-quality materials and a sheltered terrace stood out, while the design's mix of communal living areas and private spaces helped the house top the audience vote in the Saikka area.
