Kristian Meurman and Joulun Henget Christmas Concert

Kristian Meurman brings an acoustic Christmas concert to Kangasala-talo on 8 December 2026 at 19:00. The show is scheduled to run about two hours including an intermission.

Meurman and his band Joulun Henget present sensitive, atmospheric takes on beloved carols and hymns alongside moments of joy and surprise. Familiar Christmas classics are given new shades and rhythms with influences from reggae, Latin music and funk. The evening is produced by Kangasala-talo and Viihdeverkko Oy. Practical details: admission is free; coat check costs €2.50 (card only). There is an 18+ bar area in the upper seating (rows 8–11) where purchased drinks may be taken to seats before the performance and during the interval. The venue restaurant opens one hour before the concert and the Kimmo Pyykkö museum inside Kangasala-talo is open until the performance begins.
