Lemmenmursut: Rural Songs, Laughs and Rock
Lemmenmursut, a duo mixing country-inspired ballads and rock with storytelling and adult humour, play Katubaari Axu on 14 August 2026 at 21:00. Admission is free.
Lemmenmursut perform at Katubaari Axu on 14 August 2026, starting at 21:00. The duo brings original songs that draw on country life, everyday struggles and the awkwardness of meeting women.
The pair features Maajussi Penttilä on vocals and Insinööri Holm on guitar; Holm’s playing is described as precise, dry and matter-of-fact. Their set mixes ballads and rock with storytelling and adult jokes, presented as self-penned, amateurish-pop numbers the duo find entertaining. The evening is organised by Katubaari Axu and admission is free.
