Tabula Rasa at Kirjaslammen Dance Pavilion

Tabula Rasa performs at Kirjaslammen Dance Pavilion in Valkeakoski on 4 July 2026. Doors open at 19:00 and the band is scheduled to play from 20:00 at the lakeside venue on Hakalantie 6.

Formed in 1972 and the author of two albums, Tabula Rasa is regarded as an early force in Finnish progressive rock, drawing on influences such as Cream, Jethro Tull, King Crimson and Wigwam. The idea of a reunion gained shape after guitarist Heikki Silvennoinen's memorial concert in May 2025. The lineup for this show includes Tapio Suominen (bass), Asko Pakkanen (drums), original-era vocalist Jukka Salmela and singer Anna-Greta Salmela, with Jorma Kahilainen on keyboards, Markus Pajakkala on flute and organ, and Kemmo Silvennoinen on guitar. Accessibility: a companion may attend free with the person they assist; the venue has wheelchair access, an accessible toilet and a wheelchair platform. Tickets are sold via Tiketti and 35 euros will be charged at the door if any remain.
