Ilves-Hockey approved its 2025–26 financial statements and elected Aleksi Arpiainen and Pekka Tammela to its board at its annual meeting in Tampere on 3 September 2026.

At its annual general meeting in Tampere on Thursday 3 September 2026, Ilves-Hockey Oy approved its financial statements for the year ended 30 April 2026 and elected Aleksi Arpiainen and Pekka Tammela to its board of directors.

The club posted €14.9 million in revenue for the 1 May 2025–30 April 2026 financial year and recorded a net loss of €1.186 million.

The meeting increased the board by one seat. Taija Holm, Sami Karjalainen, Timur Kärki and Jyrki Seppä remain on the board. Long-serving member Tero Luoma stepped down after serving from 2020 to 2026 and was thanked for his work. Authorized Public Accountant (KHT) Antti Niemistö of Moore Idman Oy will continue as auditor. The board changes come as the club prepares for a change in top management: Jukka Kytömäki will become CEO on 1 January 2027.

Aleksi Arpiainen, CEO of TT Gaskets and a third-generation family entrepreneur, said he will bring strategic and commercial thinking, experience in renewal and profitable growth, international networks and a long-term owner’s perspective to Ilves-Hockey Oy. Pekka Tammela, a Tampere entrepreneur and chair of Auroora Yhtiöt Oyj, emphasised his focus on building healthy, profitable business growth and on developing experiences, products and services that bring joy to Ilves supporters. He was named the Tampere Chamber of Commerce’s 2025 Business Influencer in January 2026.
