The Pirkanmaa District Court handed down the penalty in August in a written procedure with Peltokangas's consent, according to YLE. The prosecutor argued the conduct could seriously threaten life or health. Peltokangas admitted the act during the pre-trial investigation and in his response to the court, and the matter was processed in a written procedure with his consent.
