Pirkanmaa's First Lidl Reopens Thursday After Full Renovation
The Partola Lidl in Pirkkala reopens on Thursday 4 June after a full renovation that reorganised produce, meat, frozen goods and sweets and added more shelf space for dry goods.
The Partola store in Pirkkala will celebrate its reopening on Thursday, 4 June following a full renovation, Tamperelainen reports.
The refurbishment redesigned shelf layouts and in-store technology at the long-standing location, one of Finland's oldest Lidl stores. Produce now fills a dedicated area instead of a single aisle. Fresh meats have been moved from open counters into cabinets, frozen goods sit closer to the end of the customer route, and sweets are consolidated into one zone.
Sales manager Samu Rouvali said the changes aim to speed up shopping and make visits more convenient. New furniture will create more shelf space for dry goods, allowing the range to grow.
