A Tampere tram team finished 20th at the World TramDriver Championship in Prague after competing in precision, safety and passenger-handling trials.
Drivers from Tampere took part in a series of practical driving tests against international crews that wrapped up the event. The competition tested precision, safety and passenger handling, giving operators a chance to benchmark their skills. Tampere Tramway said the experience will feed into driver training and daily operations as the company sharpens the team's performance for future contests and service challenges.
