Tampere to Create Chief Information Management Post with €6,124 Monthly Salary
Tampere city board has decided to create a new chief information management post effective 1 January 2027, proposing a monthly salary of €6,124.16 for the role.
Tampere city board decided on Tuesday to create a new chief information management post in the corporate administration’s digitalisation and IT group. The position will take effect on 1 January 2027.
The new chief will lead development of ICT services that support economic vitality and education. They will work with service-area management and monitor the benefits of digitalisation.
The role includes 14 direct reports and will serve as deputy to the head of the digitalisation and IT group.
Applicants must hold a suitable higher university degree, and the city proposes a monthly salary of €6,124.16.
