Tampere to stream citywide parents' evening on teen dating and online safety
Tampere will stream a one-hour online parents' evening on Tuesday at 18:00 about teen dating, consent and online safety; a recording will be available to watch from the article for one week.
The one-hour online event runs from 18:00 to 19:00 and will be streamed by Aamulehti.
Professionals will discuss young people's boundaries, the meaning of consent, digital dating behaviours and the risks of sending and sharing nude images.
Panelists include public health nurse Heini Salonen from the Pirkanmaa welfare area, sexual violence support worker Sini-Satu Kuninkala of Tampereen Tyttöjen Talo and expert Johanna Flinkman from Nuorten Palvelu ry. The discussion will be chaired by Tiina-Liisa Vehkalahti, director of youth services for the City of Tampere.
A recording of the session will be available to watch from this article for one week after the event.
