Terrawise Applies for Corporate Restructuring in Helsinki

“Terrawise seeks corporate restructuring in Helsinki,” YLE reports. The company filed its application for corporate restructuring at the Helsinki District Court on Wednesday, YLE notes, the move coming after the firm recently sold its infrastructure business. Terrawise operates in green and environmental construction as well as road and infrastructure works. On its website the company lists 80 employees and a turnover of 25 million euros. In 2024, the firm's annual result was a 4.6 million euro deficit. The business operates in Uusimaa and Pirkanmaa. CapMan is the majority owner, having invested in 2024. Terrawise recently divested its infrastructure business, following the earlier sale of its mining operations; the paper notes that Terrawise had grown through acquisitions but has shifted toward selling assets. YLE did not reach a company representative for comment.
