Tampere-based HR and payroll firm Integrata aims to double its revenue to about €50 million by 2030, after posting €19.3 million for January–September 2026. The figures were reported by Tamperelainen.
Revenue rose 17 percent year-to-date, 11 percentage points of that organically. Expansion has been driven by acquisitions and new contracts, including Länsi‑Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue, Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne, Istekki and Tampereen Infra.
Demand for outsourced payroll and AI-powered HR tools has been a key growth driver, with client wins including Merus Power, Vincit's business transfer and Motonet in Sweden. CEO Riku Heinonen says the firm sees significant organic potential in Finland, particularly in the public sector, and is building Sweden into a second strong home market for Nordic payroll services.
Despite AI automating routine tasks, the firm increased headcount, recruiting 28 specialists across Finland and Sweden in January–September. Management expects the HR and payroll transformation to accelerate growth into 2027. In January, Tammerkosken nuorkauppakamarin named Integrata Employer of the Year in its traditional competition.
This outlook echoes a recent survey showing more than half of firms in Pirkanmaa expect turnover growth.
