Appeal Denied — Sale of Maisansalo Tourism Properties to Teiskon Vihreä Unelma Moves Forward
The housing and real estate board dismissed an appeal and cleared the way for the sale of properties in the Maisansalo tourism area to Teiskon Vihreä Unelma.

The board said the sale process followed the city council’s housing and land policy guidelines and the committee’s own minutes. The decision followed an open idea competition that produced a single proposal — Teiskon Vihreä Unelma. A new company was formed, the city signed a letter of intent, and a sale decision was made.
The agreed price is based on statements from two independent valuers who are city framework partners.
"The housing and real estate board's decision has not been unlawful nor should it be changed on grounds of expediency. The correction request must be dismissed," lawyer Patricia Nikko wrote.
