Owner Jose Gonzalez told followers on Instagram that he expects the restaurant to open in the second week of November, once renovations are finished. Gonzalez has run the business for nine years. It began to flourish at Laukontori, and staff from Tampere Market Hall approached him about a permanent spot. He plans to standardize kitchen methods so the restaurant can operate without him being present every day.
