Burgers & Wine opens a new restaurant at Ratinan Kulma in Ratina after relocating from Finlayson's Siperia; a summer menu including a 24K gold‑topped lobster burger will arrive within weeks.

Tamperelainen reports that Burgers & Wine is opening a new restaurant at Ratinan Kulma in Ratina today.

The Tampere branch has relocated from the Finlayson Siperia shopping centre, where it operated since last October. The move follows owner Tony Brander's search for a more central site ahead of a major renovation at Finlayson.

The new premises previously housed Tampinkoski Kitchen & Bar and were bought as a business sale, so much of the fit-out remained. Only light refurbishment was needed.

Brander described the site as central, with a terrace and close to event venues such as Nokia Arena and Ratina.

Within a week or two the restaurant will launch a summer menu featuring truffle fries, a 24K gold‑topped lobster burger and a broader steak selection.

Burgers & Wine already has Helsinki outlets in Tripla, Ruoholahti and Itäkeskus. Brander is also a co‑founder of the Bröner döner chain and is negotiating a potential Bröner site in Tampere close to the new Burgers & Wine restaurant.
