Call for Nominations: Tampere Families to Pick Best Free Indoor Play Space

Moro has asked Tampere families to nominate the city's best free, publicly open indoor play space this autumn, in a call published in Aamulehti. With colder, wetter weather pushing families indoors, many want options beyond standing in a rainy playground. One suggestion highlighted is the Workers' Museum Werstas at Finlayson, where children can play shop or build miniature Tampere landmarks from blocks. Suggestions should be for places in Tampere that have no entrance fee and that families turn to when kids need to burn off energy. Readers can submit their picks via the Aamulehti survey. The initiative follows a similar Moro poll earlier this year to find Tampere’s best outdoor gym which invited nominations in August.
