Moro Launches Survey to Find Tampere's Best Outdoor Gym

Tampere residents are invited to name the city's best outdoor gym in a Moro survey that runs until August 25, according to Aamulehti.
The city already has 65 outdoor gyms. They are free, low-threshold spaces where people can train strength while enjoying fresh air. Moro will test and score the three reader-recommended sites. It will judge equipment quantity and variety, location and accessibility, surroundings, and the overall user experience. Each category is worth up to five points, so the top score is 20. Both regular and occasional users can take part. Respondents enter a draw to win a Moro summer hat.
One example cited in the call for responses is the Ranta-Tampella outdoor gym on the shore of Näsijärvi.
The Moro survey follows a May consultation on a Vehmainen outdoor gym that asked residents for input on a planned new outdoor training site.
