Driver Hospitalised After Rollover on Turuntie; Guardrail Crash Slows Traffic on Pyhäjärventie
Two early-morning single-vehicle crashes briefly disrupted traffic. A rollover on Turuntie in Nokia sent one person to hospital, and a guardrail collision on Pyhäjärventie in Tampere caused short delays.
The Pirkanmaa Rescue Department received the first alarm at about 3:45 a.m. A car left the motorway on Turuntie in Nokia, spun and turned onto its roof. It had a single occupant, who ambulance crews transported for further checks.
At 4:01 a.m. a second car drifted into a guardrail near Lakalaiva on Pyhäjärventie. Paramedics checked one person at the scene and reported no injuries. The incident caused roughly half an hour of traffic disruption.
The rescue department handled both early-morning accident calls. Pyhäjärventie has seen other recent incidents, including a three-car crash earlier this month that delayed Nokia-bound traffic near the Exhibition Centre.
