An Odyssey to the Stars, a joint exhibition by Anta Tzekoun and Katariina Rentola, is now on display at Galleria Vivi, in youth cultural centre Monitoimitalo 13 in Tampere, the City of Tampere writes.
The show treats self‑love and freedom as ongoing processes. Works sit at the edges of challenges, barriers and self‑imposed limits, asking how experiences shape a person. Tzekoun and Rentola bring together contrasting techniques, including acrylic paintings, fabric-mounted sculptures, clay pieces and acrylic works painted on stone, creating a programme where sensitivity, freedom and the search for self meet.
Galleria Vivi is run by Tampere youth services and offers 9–29-year-old artists a space to exhibit. The gallery is on the first floor at Pellavatehtaankatu 4. Admission is free. It is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 20:00.
