Kela will close its Lempäälä service point on Manttaalitie on 15 June; customers can use OmaKela, phone support, Lempäälä’s municipal service point, nearby Kela offices or video appointments at Pirkanmaa wellbeing area hubs.

Visits to the Manttaalitie office have been low, and most customers already handle matters through OmaKela. Personal help will remain available by phone, at Lempäälä’s municipal service point and at nearby Kela offices.
Lempäälä’s municipal service point will offer application forms and basic guidance, receive applications and attachments, and connect customers to remote services.
Video-based remote appointments are available at local hubs run by the Pirkanmaa wellbeing area. The nearest physical Kela office is in Tampere at Aleksis Kiven katu 18.
