Laikkuun mahtuu koko maailma has been moved indoors to Cultural House Laikku in Tampere, with concerts, dance performances and exhibitions spread across the building’s floors, the City of Tampere says. The music hall on the third floor will host the concerts and dance shows originally planned for the Laikku stage. On the second floor, the lecture hall will hold association stalls, craft artists and other exhibitors.
The food market will operate in a reduced format from the Laikku café next to the main lobby. A Children's Culture Center Rulla pre-event, which includes the Puutarhurit theatre performance and an art workshop on the first floor, will take place as scheduled, and Rulla’s Mää Tykkään! exhibition and Laikku’s other displays remain open.
Organisers warn that indoor capacity is limited and queues may form. Entry is through Laikku’s main doors or the accessible entrance on the Laikunlava side; Rulla has a separate entrance on the Tampere Theatre side. The Laikkuun mahtuu koko maailma afterparty at G Livelab with Emilia Sisco goes ahead as planned, and both the main event and the afterparty are free of charge. Details appear in the Tampere event calendar.
