Loimua has agreed to buy district heating company Leppäkosken Lämmön from Leppäkoski Group, expanding its operations across Pirkanmaa and into Satakunta. The deal is expected to close by the end of the year pending regulatory approvals and would lift Loimua's annual district heating sales to about 1.2 terawatt-hours, YLE reported.
