Punk ja yäk brings Radiopuhelimet and Räjäyttäjät to Tavara-asema in January 2027
Turku’s Punk ja yäk festival will take over Tavara-asema in Tampere on 15–16 January 2027 with a two-day bill mixing punk, garage and indie rock.
Turku’s Punk ja yäk festival will take over Tavara-asema on 15 and 16 January 2027, bringing a new two-day alternative music weekend to Tampere, Aamulehti reports.
The programme mixes punk with garage and indie rock. Night one features Radiopuhelimet, Aino, Hajonneet, Tampere-born punk classic Kohu-63, Riistetyt and Vehje. Night two showcases Räjäyttäjät, Appendix, Saa Kiljua, Häiriköt and Voimaryhmä, a ska band that launched in Tampere in the early 2000s. Expect a punk-heavy bill.
The festival started in Turku in 2023 and expanded to Helsinki in 2026 with a show at Kulttuuritehdas Korjaamo. Stupido Booking of Stupido Records organises the event.
