The negotiations concern the outpatient drug treatment and opioid substitution services Breikki provides for the Pirkanmaa wellbeing services area. Rinnekodit told Aamulehti by email that the talks stem from changes in the operating environment but did not provide details.
No decisions on staff cuts or other personnel measures have been made. Services will continue during the negotiations, while the Pirkanmaa wellbeing services area remains ultimately responsible for arranging care.
