Kiertokapula Oy has launched extensive change negotiations affecting more than 70 employees, which could result in up to 12 layoffs, furloughs, shifts to part-time work or unilateral contract changes, YLE reports.
The talks do not include the subsidiary Kiertokapula Yrityspalvelu Oy. The company says the measures are driven by economic and production reasons. They are intended to reorganise operations, secure long-term viability, strengthen financial sustainability and make services more efficient, CEO Mikko Koivulehto said.
The group serves 13 owner municipalities across Kanta-Häme, Etelä-Pirkanmaa and Keski-Uusimaa.
