Tampere-based NoHo Partners will operate all dining, café and event catering at Helsinki’s National Museum when it reopens in April 2027, serving about 450,000 visitors a year.

NoHo Partners has been chosen to operate all dining, café and event catering at Helsinki's Kansallismuseo when the museum reopens after renovation and expansion in April 2027, Tamperelainen reports.

The museum expects about 450,000 visitors annually. At the centre of the food offering will be a bistro in the new Paviljonki extension. The terrace will seat more than 100 and open onto the adjacent park in summer. A separate café inside the historic main building will serve day visitors and exhibition crowds.

The contract covers the restaurant, café, terrace and event catering across the site, a notable commission for the Tampere-based operator as the National Museum prepares to relaunch. The decision follows other recent public-site catering procurements, such as Compass Group to Run Café Metso at Tampere Main Library from 2027.
