Veho to stream full-day Mansen Mörinä from Pirkkala on April 17 with Grönholm and Vilander

According to ePressi, a full-day Veho Mörinä Live programme will be streamed from Veho's Pirkkala site on Friday 17 April, 09:00–17:00. It will be hosted by presenter Mervi Kallio and is aimed at professional drivers and transport operators across Finland as well as on-site visitors.

Three eTalk sessions will focus on electric transport. At 11:00 WAY Oy representatives Juho Hyytiäinen and Jan Wallden will discuss the current state and outlook of electric mobility. At 13:00 the topic is electric vans as tools for professionals, with guests from Taxi KiPi, Avantego / Kuljetus J&T and Veho. At 15:00 a session looks at electric heavy trucks from the driver’s perspective. The streams will be available at veho.fi/hyötyajoneuvot (the commercial vehicles section).

Highlights include tyre briefings by Continental and Nokian Tyres, a damage-repair demonstration at Veho Pirkkala, and a session on converting vans into taxis and special vehicles with Tamlans and Carsport. A 14:30 “driver parliament” will discuss spring driving conditions. Marcus Grönholm and Toni Vilander will make appearances at the Veho grill. Expect live afternoon music.

The day will also showcase the Nuoria kuljetusalalle (Young People into Transport) project, with SKAL project manager Emilia Mikkonen among the guests. Partners taking part include Hiab, Tamlans, Carsport, Nordea, Aktia, Janneniska, Kempower, Neste, Intercontrol, Plugit, WAY, Continental, Nokian Tyres, Suomen Raskaspesut, Auto-Uuttera, Taratest, Avant and RKM-Group.

On-site catering will offer familiar Mansen Mörinät flavours such as sausages and Julius's Pizza.
