Aito Säästöpankki renames Pirkanmaa broker Muutos LKV as Sp-Koti Muutos

After buying all of the company’s shares in April 2025, Aito Säästöpankki has renamed Pirkanmaa brokerage Muutos LKV as Sp-Koti Muutos, Tamperelainen reports.

Pirkanmaan Laatuvälitys Oy, known as Muutos LKV, will now operate under the Sp-Koti brand and be more visibly part of its owner bank. The two firms had worked closely before the acquisition. Aito Säästöpankki CEO Heini Piitulainen said brokers value the bank’s ability to offer quick appointment times for mortgage negotiations and property closings. She said that when a customer's loan need is urgent, the bank can use a bypass lane to speed up mortgage talks for clients referred by Sp-Koti.

The change comes as the bank prepares a wider consolidation in the savings-bank group, including the bank's planned merger that would create the group's largest member. The brokerage’s familiar agents will remain in their current premises on Tampella Esplanade.
