Central Tampere buses 11, 13 and 26 rerouted for Rautatienkatu excavation, 16–19 October

From 16 to 19 October, buses on lines 11, 13 and 26 will be diverted around excavation work on Rautatienkatu near the Suvantokatu intersection.

Buses from Kyttälä toward Ratina will run via Aleksanterinkatu, continue along Hatanpään valtatie and then onto Vuolteenkatu. Services from Ratina toward Kyttälä will follow Hatanpään valtatie, Hämeenkatu, Rautatienkatu and Rongankatu.

Several stops will be out of service in the affected direction: the Kyttälä stop toward the railway station, Railway Station stops C and D, and Sorin aukio stops C and D on Vuolteenkatu. Replacement stops are on Aleksanterinkatu for Kyttälä-to-Ratina travel, including Paloasema (0006) and Aleksanterinkatu (0553). Ratina-to-Kyttälä services will call at Sorin aukio F (0523), Koskipuisto C (0519) and Railway Station D (0504) near Hämeenkatu.

Timetables for the diverted routes are available in Nysse's route planner for travel dates that fall within the disruption. Only the three lines listed are affected; lines 6 and 12 will run their normal routes. Expect delays. Check the route planner and allow extra travel time.

The change follows similar weekend detours that closed central stops and used temporary stops on Aleksanterinkatu earlier this month when buses 11, 13 and 26 were diverted.
