Construction has started on the six-storey Asunto Oy Tampereen Viva in Hiedanranta. Half of its 21 apartments are already sold and the block is due for completion in October 2027.

Construction has begun on Asunto Oy Tampereen Viva, a six-storey residential block in Hiedanranta. Half of the building's 21 apartments are already sold, and completion is due in October 2027.

Viva will offer bright, spacious and reasonably priced homes, with ceiling heights up to 4.75 metres. The top two floors will house loft apartments, T2H says.

Strong early demand has prompted pre-marketing for a follow-up project, Tampereen Luna, which the developer aims to launch in November, CEO Niko Syri said in a press release.

The project follows Avain Asunnot's plan in March to build 66 rental homes nearby.
