Framery will begin restructuring talks in Tampere on 13 October covering 43 employees, with up to four job terminations possible; the discussions are expected to last about two weeks.

Restructuring talks in Tampere are due to begin on 13 October, covering 43 employees and potentially resulting in up to four job terminations, Aamulehti reported. The discussions are expected to last about two weeks.

Framery says the talks focus on reorganising its customer service function and its Global Logistics team rather than on cutting costs. They should be limited in scope.

The company points to strong growth in North America as a key reason. Framery has expanded its US operations and converted its Michigan logistics centre into a factory. The Tampere-based firm makes acoustic work pods and phone booths and reported 2025 revenue of €222.1 million with a net profit of €20.4 million.

This is one of several recent company restructuring talks affecting Tampere-area employers, following Tamk's change negotiations in March and Kiertokapula's restructuring talks in September.
