JM Suomi begins construction of 29 lakeside homes in Tesomajärvi

Construction has begun on the 29-unit owner-occupied block on the shore of Tesomajärvi, with completion expected in autumn 2027, Tamperelainen reports.

The project is the third residential block JM is developing along the Tesomajärvi waterfront. Built to Nordic Swan Ecolabel standards and energy class A, the building will offer apartments from studios to four-room units. The site sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, close to the lake and the area's extensive outdoor trails. JM is also building roughly 900 homes in Kartanonranta in Nokia and is planning additional projects in Tampere's Messukylä.
