Mikko Alatalo brings Hasardihommia to Tampere on October 8

The show traces Alatalo’s path from a village moped boy to one of the architects of manserock. It combines music, storytelling and more than 300 photographs. His son, Kalle Alatalo, appears as a guest musician, and the programme features songs by Alatalo, Harri Rinne and Juice Leskinen, along with recollections of Syksyn sävel wins, love and personal tragedies. The tour also celebrates the 50th anniversary of his second solo album Hasardi (released August 1976) and nods to a career that has spanned television work on Iltatähti, Hittimittari and Tammerkosken Sillalla as well as 16 years in politics.

The Hasardihommia tour began in Kempele on September 9 and ends in Oulu on December 3. Fourteen performances are scheduled across Finland. It follows the earlier announcement that Alatalo would mark Hasardi's 50th with a 14‑town duo tour.
