Moro will broadcast live from the car‑boot sale at Tampere’s Keskustori on Sunday 6 September from 9–10 a.m., Aamulehti says. The one‑hour stream, hosted by Moro reporter Sanna‑Katja Pohjalahti, will tour stalls, meet sellers and share the stories behind their finds. A recording will be available afterwards.
Pohjalahti will interview Tanja Lähteenmäki, director of Tampere Food Bank. This year’s café and stall rental proceeds are being donated to the Food Bank, which is serving more clients than before. The event is collecting hygiene products for the charity, and representatives from Pirkanmaa waste management and the recycling organisation Ekokumppanit will appear on the broadcast.
The car‑boot sale continues Tampere’s recently revived tradition of weekend markets at the Central Square reported in March.
