Nearly 60 organisations to showcase volunteer roles at Tullikamari fair
Nearly 60 organisations will present volunteering opportunities at a Volunteer Fair in Tullikamari on 10 November. The free event runs 13:00–18:00 at Pakkahuone and Klubi.
The fair follows the city's May 9 mobilisation of 56 volunteer teams for a citywide cleanup. On Tuesday 10 November 2026, Tullikamari will host almost 60 organisations and community groups presenting volunteering opportunities. Admission is free. The event runs 13:00–18:00 at Pakkahuone and Klubi and includes an exhibition area where visitors can meet exhibitors and ask about roles.
The fair aims to match volunteers of all ages and life situations with flexible ways to help, from organising events to offering peer support. The Klubi stage hosts talks and a volunteer panel, including a Finnish-language keynote by Aalto University associate professor Frank Martela. The day closes with a Miljoonasade Duo performance featuring Tampere singer-songwriter Heikki Salo. Information in English and the full exhibitor list and programme are available on the city's event calendar.
