Poppamies has launched ready-to-heat Street Food brioche sandwiches nationwide in K‑Group and S‑Group stores – the Tampere-born brand’s biggest product expansion, with four flavours made in Finland using domestic ingredients.

Poppamies, the Tampere-born spice company now based in Kangasala, has launched Poppamies Street Food heated brioche sandwiches in K‑Group and S‑Group stores across Finland, marking the brand’s largest product expansion to date, Tamperelainen reports.

The ready-to-heat lineup comes in four flavours: Buffalo Chicken, Poppamies TexMex Chicken, Barbeque Pork and Chimichurri Halloumi. They are made in Finland and assembled by hand, using domestic meat and Poppamies’ own sauces and seasonings. The sandwiches are designed to be warmed in an airfryer, oven, microwave or sandwich press. They can also be eaten cold.

The launch follows Poppamies’ integration into the Saarioinen family of ready-food companies in spring 2025. The company says the deal brought strong production know-how. "Poppamies has been a value-adding seasoning brand for almost 20 years, and our products season roughly 30–35 million meals annually. We have recognised the brand's versatility and wanted to create products that come close to ready food. Now we combine our recipe experience with strong production expertise," founder Marko Suksi said in a statement. Poppamies says the Street Food range will expand further.
