Portion Boys announce major Nokia Arena concert in Tampere

Nelonen Media Live announced that Portion Boys will stage their biggest concert to date at Nokia Arena in Tampere on Saturday, December 5, 2026, as part of the Torilla Tavataan! arena show ahead of Independence Day. Tickets go on sale Monday, March 16, 2026 at 09:00 via Lipu.fi.

The five-member dance-pop group is known for high-energy performances, catchy hits, and a strong sense of community. The release describes the Nokia Arena show as the band's most ambitious production yet, promising an arena-scale stage, crowd participation, and the band's signature party vibe as fans from across Finland gather for an eve-of-independence celebration.

Portion Boys say they have long dreamed of such a big concert of their own, and now that it is happening the mood is incredible. They note that Nokia Arena will be their only autumn show and promise the biggest performance of their career, inviting everyone to celebrate life, love, and togetherness with the band. The event is presented in collaboration with Radio Suomipop and produced by Nelonen Media Live.

Portion Boys have accumulated more than 160 million streams on Spotify and are known for hits such as Vauhti kiihtyy, Elämän ABC and Kyläbaari. Over a decade, they have become one of Finland’s most popular live acts, combining eurodance influences, modern pop, and a strong culture of singing along.

The press release confirms that the Torilla Tavataan! concert will be produced by Nelonen Media Live and will feature an all-ages format with some seating sections designated for adults (K-18) and a recommended age of 12 for the standing areas. Doors are at 17:30, and ticketing information is provided via Lipu.fi. Accreditation for media and the music industry is scheduled to commence in autumn 2026.

According to Aamulehti, Portion Boys have been recognized at the Iskelmä Gala this year, taking home the Vuoden viihdyttäjä (Entertainer of the Year) award for the third time in Tampere.

Aamulehti adds that Aamulehti and Portion Boys’ promoter Nelonen Media Live belong to the Sanoma media group.

According to Tamperelainen, Kaija Koo's arena tour is titled The Years Drawn by the Wind and begins in Tampere on October 23 at Nokia Arena, inaugurating a run that marks 40 years in music. The tour will visit Helsinki, Kuopio, Oulu and Lahti.

Tamperelainen adds that she has sold more than half a million records, and that Tuulten viemää is among Finland's best-selling domestic albums. She is the only artist to win the Emma Award for Best Female Soloist in three different decades.
